We take your privacy seriously. For the safety of our clients, we maintain records of any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (eg allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product should not be used (eg products containing nuts, fish oils etc). These health records are not used for any other purpose. Client records, including contact details, are held securely within our salon software system and can only be seen by members of the salon team.


We kindly ask that you provide us with 24hrs notice to cancel or change your appointment. Any cancelations within 24hrs of the appointment or no shows are subject to a cancellation fee resulting in the loss of the full deposit amount.

$50 for Beauty services and $100 for all Cosmetic Tattoo and Removal services.

No fee will be charged if you are rescheduling your appointment with the specified notice.


We understand that life happens, this is why we do not charge the industry standard of 50% service fee for cosmetic tattoo appointments. We are unable to make ANY exceptions to our cancellation policy.


The cancellation fees do not apply to free consultations, however we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible as a courtesy.
